We are pleased to announce that we signed the purchase agreement for the house in Solymár in early April and paid 10% of the purchase price €71.429 as a deposit.

The next payment deadline is June 30. At that time, we must pay an additional 70% of the purchase price €500.000 Euro, which will allow us to take possession of the property.

The payment deadline for the remaining part of the purchase price €142.587 is November 15, 2026. We need a further €142.587 for the renovation.
